Who we are

Larri Design is a website design, hosting, and maintenance service operated by Cramer Development Incorporated, doing business as FullStack (“FullStack,” “we,” “us”). Larri is the AI that builds and maintains sites for Larri Design clients. This policy explains what information we collect through larri.design, our client dashboard, and our communication channels, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Project requests: your name, email address, domain, and the description of your business you send through the Meet Larri form.
• Project content: messages, feedback, text, photos, logos, files, and other material you share with Larri or our team to build and maintain your site.
• Contact details: email addresses and mobile phone numbers you use to reach Larri, including numbers you add for text messaging.
• Billing details: information needed to send proposals and invoices. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically:

• Sign-in and session data: one-time sign-in links and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We use cookies that are necessary for the service to work, not for advertising.
• Security and usage data: IP address, browser type, and request logs used to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• Project history: a record of conversations, requests, and changes made to your project, so Larri can remember your preferences and we can see what changed and when.

How we use information

• To review your request and send you a proposal and pricing
• To design, build, host, and maintain your website
• To communicate with you about your project by email, text message, or the dashboard
• To sign you in and keep your account and projects secure
• To bill for our services
• To improve the quality and reliability of the service
• To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

AI processing

Larri is an AI. To do its work, the messages, content, and project details you share are processed by AI model providers that we use under agreements that limit how they may use the data. We do not permit your content to be used to train third-party AI models where the provider offers that choice. Our team may review conversations and project history to supervise Larri, check its work, and support your project.

Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for them to do so:

• AI model providers, to process requests and generate content and code
• Cloudflare, for network security, bot protection on our forms, website delivery, and privacy-friendly site analytics
• Resend, to deliver sign-in and service emails
• Payment processors such as Stripe, to handle payments
• Domain registrars and DNS providers, to register and manage domains on your behalf

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, the public, or us, or with your consent. If FullStack is involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction under this policy.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, we use it only to communicate with you about your project and account. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Visitors to our clients’ websites

When we host a client’s website, any information that site collects from its visitors, such as contact form submissions, orders, or newsletter signups, belongs to that client. We process it on the client’s behalf and according to their instructions. The client’s own privacy policy governs that information; please contact the business directly with questions about it.

Data storage and security

Information is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to the people and systems that need it. Each client’s projects and data are kept separate. Secrets such as passwords and API keys you provide for your site are kept in an encrypted secrets store. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects your data as required by law.

Data retention

We keep project information for as long as your project is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can support you, restore your site, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Request logs are kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
• Stop sending you texts or non-essential emails

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

Larri Design is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date, and we will let active clients know by email about significant changes.
