Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
About these terms
These terms govern your use of Larri Design, including larri.design, the client dashboard, and the website design, hosting, and maintenance services we provide. Larri Design is operated by Cramer Development Incorporated, doing business as FullStack (“FullStack,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a project, signing in, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.
The service
Larri is an AI that designs, builds, and maintains websites, working with you through conversation by email, text message, and the dashboard. Our team reviews requests, oversees projects, and supports Larri’s work. Depending on your plan, the service can include design, development, written copy, hosting, domain management, security, and ongoing updates.
Proposals, pricing, and payment
- After you submit a request, we will send you a proposal describing the scope of work and pricing. Work begins once you accept it.
- Fees are due as stated in your proposal or invoice. Recurring fees for hosting and maintenance are billed in advance for each billing period.
- If a payment is late, we may pause updates or, after notice, suspend hosting until the account is current.
- We may change recurring prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Fees are non-refundable except where your proposal says otherwise or where the law requires.
Professional services
FullStack can also provide professional development services, such as complex features or integrations, that Larri can maintain with you after launch. Professional services are covered by a separate proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Your content and responsibilities
- You keep ownership of the content you provide, including text, photos, logos, and trademarks. You give us permission to use it to build, host, and maintain your site.
- You confirm you have the rights to the content you provide, and that it, and your site, do not break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Larri writes copy and builds features with AI. AI can make mistakes. Please review your site before launch and after changes, and tell us about anything that is inaccurate. You are responsible for the claims, prices, and information published on your site.
- You are responsible for your site’s legal requirements for your business, such as your own privacy policy and any industry-specific notices. We are happy to help you add them.
- Keep your sign-in links and any credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to host or distribute anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful; to send spam; to distribute malware; or to attack, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or anyone else’s. We may remove content or suspend service that violates these rules.
Ownership of your website
- Once fees for the work are paid, you own the final website content and designs created specifically for you.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, platform, reusable code, and know-how, and you receive a license to use any of it that is part of your site for as long as you run that site.
- Domains we register for you are registered in your name or transferred to you on request.
- If you leave, we will provide your site’s content and files and help transfer your domain. Your site runs on our platform, so moving it to another host may require work by your new provider.
Hosting and availability
We work to keep sites fast, secure, and available, and we keep regular backups. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting may be interrupted for maintenance, by outages at our providers, or by events outside our control. We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party services your site depends on.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Larri about your projects and account. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Ending the service
You may cancel at any time by telling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, with notice where practical. After the service ends, we will keep your site’s content available for you to request for at least 30 days before deleting it.
Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular search ranking, traffic, or business results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FullStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify FullStack against claims arising from content you provide, your site’s business activities, or your violation of these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date and let active clients know about significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
